Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged in transit, we've got you covered — no questions asked.

• Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage

• We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

• Item must be in 100% original condition with all plastics, tags and packaging intact → restocking fee waived

• Items returned without original packaging or with tags/plastics removed → 15% restocking fee applies

• Return postage is at the buyer's expense

• Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return
