Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

This warranty is valid for domestic use only and does not apply to commercial, rental, or business use.

This warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from:

  • Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Failure to follow care or usage instructions
  • Unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • External causes including fire, flood, or other natural events

This warranty applies only to products purchased and serviced within Australia.

Any repaired or replaced product is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

Where a product is replaced, ownership of the original product transfers to uWatch.

If a product is assessed and found not to be covered under warranty, the customer may be responsible for all associated freight, logistics, and repair costs.

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse using Australia Post or approved courier partners.

Shipping fees:

  • Orders under $70: Flat rate $10
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate $15
  • Orders over $70: Free Shipping

Shipping is available within Australia only.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are 3–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Orders & Payment

Orders

By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. All products are supplied new unless otherwise stated and are sold for personal use only.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal. uWatch does not store or retain your payment details.

Returns & Refunds

Missing or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is missing or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at uwatch.au@gmail.com.

All parcels are checked prior to dispatch. Replacement of missing items is subject to verification.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for unused products in original condition.

A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.

Once the product has been returned and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed.
